On the 12th of December, I did a speedtest at http://www.speedtest.net/ & it showed this:

That shows my internet going *7* (or 6, cbf working it out) timers FASTER than usual!

This is my average speed:


An explanation would be helpful. Oh & btw, it's not a bad thing, I know, but I'd just like to know how & why.. :s

Might have been a slight glitch, or did you close some background applications? Usually, computers will have virus programs and what not working (possibly trying to update), maybe you closed them? :|

Btw, that's 4.0640394088669950738916256157635 times as fast as usual for *uploading* and 5.2119606358819076457229371688115 times as fast for *downloading*. If you average it, your internet was going 4.638000022374451359807281392287 times faster than usual.
