Sorry but for my opinion str skill cape stinks in combination with dragon armour. Also pretty some people rant on other capes too.
dont flame me its just my opinion. we shall be able to keep cape logo and redesign it a lil somehow with a npc or simply with crafting 99 skill (or someone 99 crafter who would assist)

You should post it on RuneScape's Suggestions Forum and see if the rest of the RuneScape community likes the idea.

Personally, I think the capes are good the way they are. The strength cape has capabilities to match with many outfits, but dragon might not be one of them (that's why there's an Attack cape ). This applies for all of the other capes as well; they match with some outfits, but not all.

i did some agree some dont it's like 40% flamers and 60% supporters. no jagx mods posted yet.

The existence of a Strength cape is rather upsetting. Anyways, Jagex is not going to change the colour of a cape because it doesn't match your Dragon armour. Sorry, but it's true.

lol im not ranting about that only some people just hate wc cape and loads of other skill capes and some people like one some like another. They don't need to change it it would be just more fun if every cape had different design not like now they're all same and then we could change colors on them.

I think customization is great. It shouldn't be hard to change a few colors on the capes and such. If enough people support this, Jagex will most likely come up with something.

thanks. i posted that on rs forums but there came wannabe-mods who ruined that and they said that i shouldn't make problems to jagex and that there are more important things in improving game than design only... crazy freaks !

Actually I wouldn't call them wannabe mods because in their minds they are a mod. They lack of people being open to new things is almost completely stupid. This isn't that hard and I know it. Changing colors are like making my text different colors. I also believe that Jagex should make items more unique. Rather than having a steel sword the same stats no matter what, you can have one that has +1 or -1 of a stat. Also have it able to degrade. I feel that RuneScape is really too easy to follow.

The point of a skillcape is to show off your hard work and achievement for reaching level 99 of that skill. Be thankful they have any skillcapes and try to imagine what it was like before they were released. If you don't like the skill cape, then don't wear it!

You don't think people that spent all that time working to reach level 99 does matter then right? Well, that is exactly what you are saying. I believe that colors don't make the skill cape, the emblem does. Customization creates creativity.

Yes but then everyone would just have their favorite colors and there'd be an abundance of gold, blue, and white combinations. Yaaa?

Actually if everyone started wearing the same style I think that it would change up a little since:
some people like different styles
most people want to show off
more combinations are possible

I wouldn't assume that everyone would go for the same colors.

i think we should just keep it as it is.

i tihnk the skill capes are actually ok as they are .. not brilliant but ok

a few changes of colour on some of them that look to similar to others and maybe a few more details nd they will be brilliant

That isn't wonna-be-modding. He is allowed to say what he believes. I too think they should just stay the same. It would be a pointless update.

You can change the colours of your helmets, but people don't go mad wearing them so it would just be stupid.

I think if you could make your own logo ppl would abuse it and make something inappropraite (bad spelling).

And If you could choose your own colour it would be dumb, if it looks ugly with drag, don't wear it with drag.

Logo is always the same....

Maybe make it to where you could chose your Basic Color and Trim Color
