I'm not even going to worry about the dark bow and new dragon stuff until the excitement dies down a bit and the prices go down. I'm not a big range person either..

Its only good with dragon arrows. You'll get an aneurysm from waiting so long for the bow to fire to get mediocre results from rune arrows.

It does hit high, but Range needed it. It does not hit the spec very often. But when it does. It makes up for it And the bow is slow as shoot. And makes up for that with shooting 2 arrows at once.


Overall, its a very solid bow I like to use it for fun It is just a really fun bow.


And the bow is actually pretty good with Rune Arrows. But Dragon just surpasses the rune by much

It's pretty cool looking and is a good KO weapon....

Also why is this in here :S Shouldn't it be in general?

its a great update hits to high tho imo abit over powered. maybe if it protected over fury it would be better

dont really care about the prices all it matters to me that i got 1 ^^

Same thing im trying to do, but the suppliers are determined to keep it at 3mil+ so....
Also I still believe that crystal bow owns no matter what

Well, I haven't exactly tried the new bow out quite yet but from what i can see it looks amazing I'm loving the special but for now I think I'll stick to either my magic bow or my crystal bow until it lowers in price a bit.

I tried my friends out for a day and didnt like it. I didnt hit that great im 76 range and i had pots and range gear on. The idea is great if i was higher lvl. It was alot slower than the other bows.

I gots one, and i dont see why people would complain about it being over powered. Its extremely slow, which evens out the 2 arrow thing, and the special aint so great, unless you want to waste 9k an arrow on dragon.

It was kind of an anti-climax..but i still like it.

When it comes to leveling ranged.. Would a dark bow make things faster or is it more of a PvP weapon?

Been to beasts 4 times, between 2-4 hours each time. No bow drop, and the rate at which they drop doesn't seem to make them much of a money maker. I'll probably keep trying every now and than just so I can have it. Don't know what my opinion on it yet is, but i'll vote when I try it.

Like the dds, its a KO weapon. You should use it with a crystal bow or mage short with rune arrows or rune crossbow with rune bolts, dragonstone tipped or not, with a zamorak book.

The tactic is to lower the opponents hp to about half or so, whip out dark bow, and use the special attack WITH DRAGON ARROWS, and it will at least hit a 16, because 8 damage per dragon arrow is the minimum damage. Ive heard that it can hit in the 40s per dragon arrow, but I have never seen it myself. If it can hit 40s per arrow, easy KO plz.

If the special attack does not kill your opponent, switch back to your main weapon and hope that your main weapon does.
